WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN CONTACTING OUR FIRM
The First Step
Preparation is a key to success in family cases. To ensure you are prepared, the first step to take in your legal journey should be to schedule and participate in a consultation with an experienced and knowledgeable family attorney.
A consultation with an experienced attorney is all a person may need to have enough information to confidently proceed with their legal matter on their own. Most often, the experience and advice of a family attorney throughout a person’s case is needed to ensure a desirable outcome. A consultation with an attorney at Myres & Associates, PLLC can help you make an informed decision regarding how you should handle your legal matter.
Your First Consultation

If there are relevant documents, send them before your appointment.
During your initial consultation, the attorney meeting with you will ask questions and gather necessary information to help you begin to explore your legal options. The attorney will also inform you about the ranges of time and costs that will likely be incurred depending on the legal options available and the choices you make. Your consultation is confidential. Whether your facts and circumstances warrant traditional litigation in court, early or late mediation or arbitration, collaborative law, or simply hourly advice as needed – Myres & Associates, PLLC stands ready to serve your needs.
